The error is…
“The project file ‘C:\Documents and Settings\gsaban\Desktop\Board\Board\BoardWin.csproj’ cannot be opened.”
The project type is not supported by this installation.
The book was released around the same time that the XNA 1.0 Refresh came out. There's a conversion tool in XNA 2.0, but ...
I converted the samples to XNA 2.0 by hand a while back, and I documented the differences. You can download the XNA 2.0 version of the
samples here.
